To Know
With over 15 years of experience, Diana has worked for corporations
such as Premiere Management and Trendwest Resorts, branching off
in 1997 to start her own interior design company, DC Designs. Diana
believes in continually educating herself through seminars and classes
to broaden her scope and creativity for ongoing success. Her love
of travel also enhances her creativity by incorporating different
cultures and diversity into her work, bringing that insight and
experience to her clients. An important asset Diana continues to
utilize today comes from her corporate experience, acting as an
advocate for her client by ‘bridging the gap’ between
client and contractor, going a step above other designers to assist
her clients and ensure their happiness.
In addition to her design work, Diana is the recipient of 2 prestigious
awards that showcase her knowledge and love of art and remodeling.
Diana received the award for Best Multi-Family Remodel in 1991,
For Rent Magazine, and Best of College Photography in North America,
1983. She is also a talented speaker, and has spoken on topics concerning
the influence of an individual’s relationship to space pertaining
to personal or aesthetic function, and is available to speak on
a variety of topics for groups large or small.
Helping Others
Diana currently mentors younger designers and volunteers at the
Kirkland Chamber of Commerce. Diana believes through helping each
other, we grow, and is available as a resource to anyone interested
in learning how to develop and create in their own environment.
